Our featured story comes from the classic radio series Dimension X. It takes us to New York. A metropolitan newspaper reports that Grant’s tomb has just been stolen. Sounds crazy right? Well it’s true. Not only Grant’s tomb but some other famous landmarks have all gone missing. The story is titled The Professor Was A Thief and it was originally written by L. Ron Hubbard. It appeared in Astounding Science-Fiction in February of 1940. Later it was published by Galaxy Press as a novel and is still available for purchase on Amazon or any book seller. What we will hear today is the radio adaptation of the story. It first aired on Dimension X on November 5, 1950.

Other Stories Include – The Forsyth Case, The Ultimate Science Fiction Mega Collection, A Story By Ray Peyton, The Professor Was A Thief, and Johnny Is It True – Gunsmoke.
