It has been an eventful time here at Ron’s Amazing Stories.
We have opened Pandora’s box:
Ron’s Amazing Stories is now on Pandora. The music giant has opened its doors to podcasts. I signed up several months ago to be part of the beta release program but failed to make the cut. However, my service provider, Libsyn, Just informed me that our podcast was picked up and now can be heard there. This completes a project that I have been working on for a long time, which was to have the show on the major radio platforms. I called them the big 5. We are now on Tune In Radio, Stitcher Radio, iHeartRadio, Spotify and Pandora. I want to thank all of you that listen to the show on these services because you made this happen! If you listen to the show on Pandora please be sure to hit that thumbs up for Ron’s Amazing Stories.
Audible:
In addition to the Pandora news, we are also been added to the Audible family. Each week on the blog I will make a recommendation of an audiobook from their huge library. Did you know that they have over 180,000 different titles to choose from? As you know I am a huge fan of short stories. My latest joy is, Can Such Things Be?, By Ambrose Bierce. Bierce was an American short story writer, journalist, poet, and Civil War veteran. The book contains twenty-four short stories in the typical Bierce tradition. They are ghostly, spooky, and best listened to in the dark. Can Such Things Be? was released in 1893, but don’t let the age fool you. The stories remind us that anything is possible, and at any time. You can have this book today! Audible is offering us a free audiobook and 30 days to give you the opportunity to check out their service. To download your free audiobook today go to audibletrial.com/ronsmazingstories.
